The 20th annual Jacksonville Grand Prix to benefit Spina Bifida is on April 2, 2022 at the 103rd Street Sports Complex. No license is required so bring your teams and race for the top step on the podium in one of 6 classes in equally prepared and weight ballasted karts. All classes except Rookie & Big Boy are weighted to 200 lbs.

  • Rookie (No Ballast weight)

  • PRO

  • Semi-Pro

  • Masters (Average age 40+)

  • Big Boy (Min Weight 220, can be ballasted)

  • Legends (55+ Average Age)

Karting Schools

Intro to Karting

$299 Single Student
$249 With 2+ Students

For the absolute novice to the intermediate karter taking the first step outside. Classroom basics, track walk, followed by lots of tracktime!

- Lead follow, sliding, side by side, full speed lapping with passing then FUN RACE, awards

Race entry not required.

 

Kart Racing School

$349 Single Student
$299 With 2+ Students

For Intermediate+ Drivers focused on finding time on track with focused instruction. Drivers will be placed in small groups with an instructor and will be observed from lead/follow sessions and trackside. Instructors will give feedback and students can go back out and apply the tips! Students should expect 8-10 on track sessions.

Race entry not required.
