Early Bird Registration Period Ends May 1st, 2017
The 9th running of the 24 Hours of America returns to the 15 turn Bushnell Motorsports Park in Bushnell, Florida. Last year the sunshine state gave us lots of rain making for an uber challenging race making the victors earn their trophies. 2018 will include 6 classes running simultaneously, each weighted to the class minimum in performance balanced karts for the ultimate in competition. To further balance the field, each team must complete 12 kart swaps.
Last year’s field include veterans from IndyCar and IMSA (Weathertech and Conti) and this year is scheduled to include Jordan Taylor and others still in the works.
Each team receives the following for an entry fee of $5,750.
- Use of a Kart plus no mechanical responsibilities
- Necessary Safety Gear (Driver may use own gear if it is up to date)
- Home base for team (Either inside or a tent)
- 2 hours of Practice/Qualifying on Friday before the race
- 24 Hour Race
- 1 Case of Bottled Water
